A thirty minute coaching  session is a great way to try out coaching and get acquainted with the process and Ashley.

A Sixty minute coaching  session allows for time to work on present situations and understand how past circumstances and family upbringing contributes to our current issues.
 

A ninety minute session  allows for an extended amount time where you can work with Ashley to work through the current situation that is causing pain/anxiety/sadness and get deep feedback to interrogate into your daily life.
